1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or playing Glow Dodge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review these terms with you.
2. License to use the game
Oryuu Studio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Glow Dodge for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The game, artwork, audio, code, names, and other content remain the property of Oryuu Studio or its licensors.
3. Acceptable play
You must not:
- Cheat, manipulate scores, or interfere with leaderboards.
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the game except where law allows.
- Use automation, exploits, modified clients, or unauthorized tools.
- Disrupt the game, related services, or another player's use.
- Use the game for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
We may remove invalid leaderboard entries or restrict access to online features when reasonably necessary to protect fair play and service integrity.
4. Virtual items and progress
Scores, virtual currency, unlocks, cosmetics, and other game progress have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable for money. Local progress may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the game, change devices, or use a device feature that does not preserve local storage.
5. Ads and third-party services
The game may display ads and use services provided by Google, including Google Play Games Services and Google Mobile Ads. Your use of those services may also be governed by Google's terms. Third-party services are operated independently, and their availability may affect some game features.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain, secure, improve, or retire the game. We do not guarantee that the game or online features will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Dodge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryuu Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the game. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may resolve disputes that cannot be settled informally.
10. Changes and contact
